“It’s the final countdown” to get your tickets to see Beenleigh Theatre Group’s production of Rock of Ages. The show takes the audience down memory lane with all the hit songs from the 80’s featuring amazing singers and a rockin’ band. Audiences should be groovin’ over to the Crete Street Theatre to see this great show before it is too late.
Ad Astra’s production of Death and the Maiden is a gripping, terrifying experience that has the audience on the edge of their seats. This production deals with some extremely sensitive and highly traumatizing material in a way that is respectful and authentic.

From the very moment you hear the first notes of up-and-coming band Girl and Girl’s debut EP, you will be in love! This band’s unique sound is a refreshing blend of old and new. Conjuring distinctive indie rock vibes, Girl and Girl consists of front man Kai James, brothers, Jayden and Coby Williams and Kai’s drumming Aunty, Melissa James. This multi-generational family band has made a splash in the Aussie music scene here on the south-east coast.

Local, up-and-coming abstract painter and photographer, Jui The Artist, will be displaying her collection of works at the Red Bowler Coffee Lounge and Wine Bar on Sunday, 3 October 2021. ‘The Wave’ will feature roughly 44 pieces of abstract art and photography from Jui The Artist. Jui has been creating abstract art for the last ten years. Jui says that the discovery of abstract art was incredibly empowering and freeing and did wonders for her mental health. This art form fascinated Jui as for the first time she was free to embrace imperfection and mistakes through art. Jui hopes that her work would inspire and encourage others to explore abstract art and to experience the freedom to create anything with passion without the fear of mistakes or the limitations of traditional art.
